President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree approving the “Action Plan for Improving the Quality of Vocational Education in Correctional Institutions and Enhancing Existing Infrastructure for 2025–2030.”

According to the Decree, the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the measures outlined in the Action Plan will be carried out by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), based on the order of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The implementation of the Action Plan, aimed at improving the quality of vocational education in correctional institutions and ensuring the social adaptation of individuals released from imprisonment, will be reported to the President of Azerbaijan annually.
