According to paragraph 4 of the Decree No. 3378, dated July 22, 2022, issued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the approval of the "Socio-economic development strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2022‒2026" , the responsibility for monitoring and assessing the implementation of the measures outlined in the Strategy was assigned to the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. Working groups were formed to ensure the full, timely, and effective implementation of the measures specified in the Strategy, in accordance with Clause 2 of Decree No. 487s, dated June 12, 2022. Additional measures related to ensuring the implementation of the Strategy and amendments to Decree No. 453s of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated August 2, 2022, were undertaken by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2023. According to paragraph 3.1 of Decree No. 487s, dated June 12, the "Socio-economic development strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2022‒2026" was established to ensure effective control over the progress of work related to the implementation of the measures specified in the Strategy. Monitoring and evaluation of the State Program of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan are conducted in accordance with the "Regulation on Formulation, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation of State Programs," approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated March 6, 2021 (No. 1294), and the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated June 12, 2023 (No. 487s). It is carried out in accordance with the "Methodological Framework on the Main Principles of Strategy Monitoring and Evaluation," approved by Order No. 487s.
