Vusal Gasimli, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications (CAERC), participated in the first meetings of the sub-working groups on “Economic Growth” and “Integration of the Economies of Territories for Sustainable Settlement into Local and Global Value Chains,” which were established for the preparation of the drafts of the “Social and Economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2027–2030” and the “Second State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”

During the meetings, discussions were held regarding the proposed directions of activities under the programs.
