A meeting was held at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) with representatives of key implementing bodies to carry out indicative planning for 2026 and to determine result-based target indicators within the framework of the implementation of the 2026-2030 Concept for the Development of Forensic Examination in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, Head of the State Programs Department at CAERC, Latif Zeynalli, provided information on the tasks planned for 2026 within the Action Plan, as well as on approaches to defining quantitative and qualitative indicators for monitoring and evaluation at the end of the implementation period.

Subsequently, Deputy Head of the Economic Analysis Department, Rashad Najafli, presented the indicative planning table, after which interactive discussions were held with representatives of state bodies. The discussions resulted in the formation of common positions on institutional coordination, a results-oriented approach, and accountability mechanisms in the implementation process of the Action Plan.

Representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Health, the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Azerbaijan Standardization Institute took part in the meeting.

It should be noted that monitoring and evaluation of measures related to the implementation of Presidential Decree No. 844 dated 11 December 2025 on the approval of the 2026-2030 Concept for the Development of Forensic Examination in the Republic of Azerbaijan are carried out by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
