Under the leadership of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ali Asadov, a meeting was convened to review the outcomes of control measures on the implementation of the "I State Program on the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation of the Republic of Azerbaijan." The meeting was attended by the heads of relevant state institutions responsible for the program's implementation and the special representatives of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the territories freed from occupation.

During the meeting, a presentation of the multifunctional interactive Electronic Portal (boyukgayidish.gov.az), equipped with online cameras and satellite maps, was conducted. The portal was created for the purpose of direct operational and effective monitoring of the progress of work related to the implementation of measures outlined in the State Program. Vusal Gasimli, the Executive Director of the Center for Analysis and Communication of Economic Reforms, delivered a report on the results of the monitoring and evaluation conducted for the first half of 2023, focusing on the implementation of the I State Program on the Great Return.

Subsequently, the meeting received updates on the work carried out by the special representatives of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the territories freed from occupation, and in-depth discussions were held regarding the report.

During the discussions, attention was drawn to the main difficulties observed in the implementation of the 1st State Program on the Great Return, and considerations were shared on the areas requiring attention in the upcoming period.

In conclusion, it was mentioned that the report prepared on the results of the monitoring and evaluation conducted for the implementation of the State Program would be presented to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Moreover, directives were issued to ensure the prompt, timely, and high-quality execution of the works in the next stage of the program. Relevant state institutions were also tasked with addressing challenges encountered during project implementation.

It's worth noting that the "I State Program on the Great Return to the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan" was approved by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev on November 16, 2022. According to the order, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan is responsible for the control and oversight of the State Program's implementation, providing biannual information to the President about the status of measures.
