Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has signed a decree approving the "State Program for the socio-economic development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2023-2027." The decree officially approves the aforementioned State Program.

The Ministry of Finance has been directed to submit proposals within one month regarding the financing of the "State Program for the Socio-Economic Development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2023-2027" in 2023-2024. Furthermore, they are tasked with preparing and submitting related proposals for financing in 2025-2027 to the Cabinet of Ministers by July 1, 2024.

As part of the assigned task, and in alignment with the Action Plan of the State Program by the Cabinet of Ministers and the determined volume of financial resources, the Ministry of Finance should submit drafts of more detailed action plans to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This should be done within three months for the years 2023-2024 and until September 1, 2024, for the years 2025-2027, addressing the implementation of the issues outlined in the action plan.

Additionally, the Cabinet of Ministers will coordinate the implementation of measures specified in the State Program and provide an annual report to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding the State Program's progress. The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication is tasked with monitoring and evaluating the implementation of measures outlined in the State Program based on the order of the Cabinet of Ministers.
