At the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), a meeting was held to discuss the clarification of target indicators for the upcoming year within the framework of the “State Program on the Development of Social Services in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023–2026.”

The meeting was attended by Latif Zeynalli, Head of the State Programs division of CAERC, Elnur Alakbarov, Deputy Head of the Economic Analysis division, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, which is the main implementing body according to the Action Plan.

During the discussions, it was emphasized that the implementation of the measures outlined in the State Program is successfully continuing. Participants also exchanged views on important points to be considered in the indicative planning process for the coming years and on ways to ensure more efficient organization of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.

It should be noted that the “State Program on the Development of Social Services in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023–2026” was approved by the Order No. 4059 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated August 28, 2023.

According to clause 3 of the Order, CAERC is responsible for carrying out the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the measures envisaged in the State Program.
