Vusal Gasimli, the Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, conducted an online seminar for approximately 200 civil servants employed in various government institutions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (AR). During the seminar, Vusal Gasimli provided information to the participants about the "State Program for the Socio-Economic Development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for the Years 2023-2027" and its digital management, which has entrusted the monitoring and evaluation responsibility to CAERC. He highlighted that CAERC has developed the Nakhchivan Monitoring Portal for the years 2023-2027 as the most modern platform for conducting monitoring and evaluation activities. He emphasized that the online portal will be the platform for monitoring and evaluating the State Program related to Nakhchivan, with activities set to commence at the end of this year. He further elaborated on the implementation process of this monitoring and evaluation.

During the seminar, participants' questions were addressed, and opinions were exchanged on the topic. It was announced that the next meeting of this nature will be organized in a live communication format.

It's essential to note that the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan is the main executor of the "State Program for the Socio-Economic Development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for the Years 2023-2027," and the seminar was conducted within this context.
